The biggest value that I've gotten from team A has definitely been getting the right candidates in the door, even from the beginning. So not only does it really create a more efficient kind of way of recruitment, but it also gets us to, you know, find people that wouldn't originally come to metric, and so they get to see us. And so I think it really makes the process itself very efficient, but also on top of that, being able to find the right people in a faster way. So I think that's the biggest thing, and again, just getting our name out there and getting people to see who we really are. 'Cause in the end, one of our biggest values is to bring people that can just be themselves and to just really be authentic, and so I think this is the best way.
